What we’re looking for
A talented career driven individual with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and asubconscious understanding of their professional role. Someone who leads from the front, settinghigh standards and managing the venue end to end.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience making classic and contemporary cocktails in fast-paced bars
Strong knowledge of premium spirits and confident guest recommendations
Skilled in advanced cocktail techniques and high-quality presentation
Able to deliver fast, polished and organised service under pressure
Passionate about hospitality, flavour, cocktails and drinks culture
Maintains high bar standards and supports junior bartenders
