What we’re looking for
A talented career driven individual with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and a subconscious understanding of their professional role. Someone who leads from the front, setting high standards and managing the venue end to end.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with:
· Managing day to day operations in a fast-paced restaurant / bar
· Able to deliver fast, polished and organised service under pressure
· Passionate about hospitality, flavour, cocktails, food & drinks culture
· Labour controls and financial reporting
· Maintains high bar standards and supports junior bartenders
· Good practice with due diligence, health and safety and HR.
FSS certificate and first aid training desirable
