What we’re looking for
A talented career driven individual with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and a subconscious understanding of their professional role. Someone who leads from the front, setting high standards and managing the venue end to end.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with:
Maintaining and implementing menu at high quality
Under-going R&D into new menu items and specials
Compliance with food and safety protocols· Labour controls and financial reporting
Ensuring a clean and safe workspace
Managing day to day operations of kitchen
Formal culinary training would be beneficial, alongside first aid and food safety supervisor certification, however none are imperative.
