What we’re looking for
A talented career driven individual with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and a subconscious understanding of their professional role. Someone who leads from the front, setting high standards and managing the venue end to end.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with:
Managing day to day operations in a fast-paced restaurant / bar
Able to deliver fast, polished and organised service under pressure
Passionate about hospitality, flavour, cocktails, food & drinks culture
Labour controls and financial reporting
Maintains high bar standards and supports junior bartenders
Good practice with due diligence, health and safety and HR.
FSS certificate and first aid training desirable.
